Plan & achieve the budgeted Circle Revenue for subscriber AON <3 months Prepaid VLR adds & subscriber Net Adds targets by designing & launching products as per the market requirement to maintain market competitiveness in the least possible turnaround time.-Develop new process process and innovations to achieve Customer Satisfaction CSat targets-Enhance prepaid revenues to achieve Circle Gross Revenue targets-Make product correction to achieve Prepaid Annual Rate of Return ARR Targets-Enable segmented programs for churn subs to achieve Prepaid Visitor Location register VLR Ads targets and Enable segmented & open offers to achieve VLR targets for prepaid-Provide regular market feedback on brand competition customers to achieve Rural /Urban Brand Tracking Index BTI targets
