Here is how your day at Unilever would look like:
Work with local SDM / procurement and fleet teams to ensure a smooth service is in place to support all Unilever employees.
Single point of contact for the Fleet Management Information System for SDMs, Fleet coordinators and lease companies (preferred partners).
Support local Service Delivery Managers with any questions or escalations required.
Support Global Fleet manager with the delivery of the jobs to be done (key projects).
Liaise with our preferred Fleet partners to ensure that any issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
Support with the EV100 (Electric Vehicle Pledge) strategy and roadmap and year end annual external reporting processes.
Work with all relevant key stakeholders to proactively resolve issues.
Work on any ad-hoc admin requests from travelers with profile issues for ground transportation.
Key Skills & Requirement:
Firsthand experience in a fleet service role or fleet industry environment is favorable.
Experience in fleet management function / fleet industry.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Interpersonal and intercultural competences.
Able to work without close supervision.
Self-motivated, creative and intuitive team alignment.
Cultivating relationships to ensure collaboration, integration and alignment.
Creating a winning mindset and shared vision for team success.
