Facilitate tech refresh; actively seek opportunities to modernize projects, Empower teams and customers to understand product issues and defectsEnsure quality by writing Unit tests, improving code coverage, utilizing static analysis tools, adhering to architecture benchmarks, and providing adequate documentation. Develops and integrates IT solutions by using appropriate development methodologies and standards, applying standard architectures/patterns, taking into account critical performance characteristics, security measures and customer requirementsApply software craftsmanship and Agile principles in the project assignmentsWorks with team to prepare and stage production builds, and verify production releases meet technical and business expectationsContribute to the technology architecture and apply it on teams to improve delivery capability and quality
Develop and Promote Ford Java Frameworks. Awareness of enterprise technology shifts and new trends impacting Ford application delivery research new technologies.
